Tues, Thurs, Friday and Saturday 9am-3pm

Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment is scheduled specifically for you. Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations; otherwise, we must charge a fee. Our office will endeavor to contact patients 24 hrs in advance to confirm your appointment.

Current Fee Schedule:

• Initial Evaluation and treatment, which is your first session, lasts approximately 2hours.
• Each session thereafter lasts an hour.
• Payment is required at the time of the visit. We accept Visa, MC, Amex and Discover cards. Checks should be made out to Wholistic Physical Therapy,and of course cash is gladly accepted!
• We will be glad to provide you with insurance forms which you can then submit for reimbursement based on the "out of network" benefits of your plan.
• FEES are $120 an hour for treatment by one therapist, and $200 for an hour of treatment by 2 therapists.
• We do now accept Medicare insurance!
