Follow to light at the 312 juncture
Proceed through light

Turn right into the parking lot, rear last building

From the South

Saw Mill Parkway North into I-684 North
I-684 North to end. Do NOT take exit 10 to the town of Brewster, I-684 turns into Route 22N, follow Route 22 North towards Pawling
Go through three traffic lights
“Wholistic Physical Therapy” sign will be on the left
Turn left into the parking lot, rear last building

From the West

Either:
I-84 East to Exit 19
At bottom of off-ramp, turn left onto 312 East
Follow until end, turn right onto Route 22 South
"Wholistic Physical Therapy" sign will be on the right
Turn right into the parking lot, rear last building

or:
Route 6 to 312 junction
Turn onto 312 East
Follow until end, turn right onto Route 22 South
“Wholistic Physical Therapy” sign will be on the right
Turn right into the parking lot, rear last building

From the East

I-84 West to I-684 North
I-684 North to end (I-684 turns into Route 22)
follow Route 22 North towards Pawling
Go through (3) traffic lights
